Hi! My name is Korina, and welcome to Mind Trek Counseling! I'm glad you're here! Whether you are neurodivergent (such as ADHD or autism), or part of the LGBTQ+ community, dealing with executive function issues, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, or difficulty with work, school, family, or different types relationships, I invite you to be a part of this work with me. I have worked with people from a wide spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and relationship types. Maybe you are navigating relationship conflicts, intimacy issues, feeling disconnected, or trying to navigate setting healthy boundaries. I have worked with folks who are trying to create space for healing and safety in their life, as well as those who are trying to understand what’s holding them back from becoming their authentic selves.

My Background

I graduate from University of Akron with a Master Degree on Counseling focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). I have a lot of passion in working with relationship related issues, and I have gained a variety of relationship techniques throughout my years of experience working with both individuals and families in both private practice and community-based agency settings. I am trained with Executive Functioning Coaching for neurodivergence population, and Attachment Based Therapy (ABT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family System (IFS) to understand and approach relationship and family dynamics. I am also a certified Sexuality and Inclusivity Specialist, a unique training I received for working with individuals with different sexuality backgrounds. I am also passionate in working with polyamorou relationships and helping establish secure attachment for the individuals involved by providing them an inclusive and supportive environment to explore the unique happiness and challenges they are facing.

How Can I Help?

Through this work together, I can help you to understand the factors that are driving your disconnection, learn better ways to communicate, set boundaries, and grow closer in your relationships. I can come alongside your journey of seeking to understand your sexuality, your gender identity, or anything that you experience that may lead you to feel like you don’t fit in. I specialize in relationships, navigating emotions, and helping people to become their authentic selves.

Therapy with me is about creating a space where you can feel safe. It's learning to see what a secure attachment can look like and then how to create that for yourself and your relationships. Through this process you can build trust and connection with partners and families as well as confidence and compassion for yourself.

If you think I might be a good fit for your needs or would like to discuss any further questions, please click the link below to get in touch. I would love to be a part of your journey or help you get connected with someone who would be a good fit for you.

Korina Graber, MFT, MA

My top specialties are neurodivergence therapy (ADHD/Autism), relationship therapy (couples/sex/polyamorous), and LGBTQ+ Affirming care.

Neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, AuDHD)

  • Being neurodivergent in a world largely designed for neurotypical minds can be exhausting, isolating, and at times deeply confusing — especially when you have spent years masking, adapting, or wondering why things that seem effortless for others feel so much harder for you. Whether you received a diagnosis recently, have known for a long time, or are still in the process of understanding yourself, therapy can be a space where your brain is not a problem to be fixed, but a different and valid way of experiencing the world.

I diagnose and assess ADHD, and work with adults with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD with genuine curiosity and respect for the unique strengths and challenges each person brings. Together, we can explore the emotional weight of masking and burnout, struggles with rejection sensitivity, the complexities of navigating relationships and communication, and the ways your nervous system shapes your inner and outer world. Using an affirming, strengths-based approach, I can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build strategies that actually work with your neurology rather than against it, and begin to untangle the shame or self-criticism that so often accumulates over a lifetime of feeling different. You deserve support that truly sees you — not just your symptoms.

Relationship Therapy

  • Couples Therapy

Relationships are at the heart of who we are — and when they struggle, it affects everything. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we work to understand your relational needs, attachment styles, and the barriers that block genuine connection. I can help you recognize what it feels like to be safe and secure with another person, and guide you in creating moments of empathy and closeness. We'll identify the patterns and blocks that keep you from reaching for connection — then work together to overcome them. Whether you are navigating communication breakdowns, intimacy issues, conflict cycles, or simply wanting to build a stronger foundation, this work is for you. With Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy we can look at all the vulnerable and difficult parts of yourself as an individual. As your guide in this process, I can help you to look at difficult traits such as anxiety with empathy and compassion. I can help you to better understand those parts of yourself and help you to work in partnership with them instead of being at odds.

  • Polyamorous & Non-Monogamous Relationships

Polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships come with their own unique dynamics, joys, and challenges — and they deserve a therapist who understands them without judgment. I have experience in this space, including having presented on polyamory and secure attachment, and I bring a genuinely affirming, curious approach to this work. Whether you are navigating jealousy, establishing agreements, processing a transition in relationship structure, or building communication skills across multiple partnerships, I can help you create relationships that are intentional, honest, and deeply connected.

  • Sexual Wellbeing & Affirming Care

Your sexual self is a vital and meaningful part of who you are — and it deserves the same care, curiosity, and compassion as every other dimension of your wellbeing. In a sex-positive therapeutic space, there is no shame, no judgment, and no assumption about what a healthy or fulfilling sexual life should look like for you. Whether you are exploring questions of desire, navigating mismatched libidos in a relationship, working through the impact of past experiences, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your own body and sexuality, this work is for you.

Together, we can gently examine the messages you have received — from culture, family, religion, or past relationships — that may have shaped how you feel about your sexuality, your body, or your needs. Using the same relational and parts-based approaches that guide my broader practice, I can help you build a more compassionate relationship with your sexual self, deepen intimacy and communication with partner/s, and move toward a sexual life that feels authentic, empowered, and aligned with your values. There is no "normal" here — only what is true and meaningful for you.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Care

  • As a Certified Sexuality & Inclusivity Specialist (CSIS), I bring both professional training and genuine commitment to LGBTQ+ affirming care. My work with this community goes beyond tolerance — it is rooted in celebration, advocacy, and deep respect for the full complexity of your identity.

    A Note on Trans & Gender-Expansive Care

For transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals, finding a therapist who truly gets it can feel like an exhausting search in itself. I offer an affirming, gender-celebratory space where your gender identity is never questioned or treated as something to work through — it is simply part of you. I can support you through the emotional landscape of transition at whatever pace and in whatever direction feels right for you, whether that involves social, medical, or legal steps or none of them. We can explore the grief, joy, complexity, and liberation that gender exploration can bring, and work through the very real challenges of navigating family responses, workplace dynamics, and a world still catching up. You deserve care that honors exactly who you are — and that is what I am here to provide.
